Using the directory

Luckyplace helps people discover sales and check published event details. The event organiser runs the sale and controls admission, availability, safety and cancellations. Check the organiser’s current information before travelling. A scheduled date is not a promise that an event will run.

Organiser accounts and listings

Only submit information for a sale you organise or are authorised to represent. Keep dates, fees, locations and status accurate, and publish cancellations promptly. Do not submit misleading content, impersonate organisers, expose personal information, or use the service for unlawful activity. You retain your content rights and permit Luckyplace to display submitted listing information while your listing is active.

New listings and material identity changes require review. We may hide inaccurate, duplicate or abusive listings and restrict accounts that misuse the service. Contact us if you believe a decision is wrong.

Free listings and paid promotion

Basic listings are free. Optional Organiser Plus promotes one approved sale in matching discovery results, labelled as sponsored. Payment does not buy approval or factual confirmation. We do not guarantee clicks, attendance, sales or search-engine rankings.

When paid subscriptions are available, Stripe shows the amount, billing interval and applicable charges before you confirm. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Use Manage subscription in your organiser space to cancel or update payment details. The billing portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Your listing can remain on the free plan when paid promotion ends. Hiding a listing does not itself cancel its subscription.

Contact support about a billing error or refund request, including the account email and payment date. Never send full card details. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Your account and data

Keep your password private. You can download your account information, update reminder preferences and delete your account in Settings. Cancel outstanding subscriptions before closing an account. Our privacy notice explains data use and retention.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material subscription changes require advance notice and do not silently change an existing agreed Stripe price.
